Okay, I'm going to take a whack at critiqueing..

I'm thinking there should be some forepaws for the griffin part, it just looks like an eagle with a tail.. 'fluff' out the tail, too

It looks great, I wish I could draw animals, period! Even cartoon ones would suffice, but nope, can't do that either >< Love the eagle's head, its perfect... darn artists... =3

i was trying to make it's paws tucked in, but yeah, it probably would've looked better if the paws were showing XP

yeah ^^ the eagle was friggin' awesome though, I noticed the ear and thought it was obvious that it was theoretically part mammal. yippie skippie for pencils and erasers!!
